END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT — ARENASTREAMS

Effective date: 10 September 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) governs your use of the ArenaStreams virtual reality application (“ArenaStreams”, the “App”).

ArenaStreams is the official virtual reality application of Corda Arena, operated by Corda Campus 2.0 NV, with registered office at Kempische Steenweg 311/1.02, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium, company number BE 0547.573.611 (“Corda Arena”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing or using ArenaStreams, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

1. About ArenaStreams

ArenaStreams provides a virtual extension of Corda Arena.

Depending on the event and the access rights associated with your Arena account, ArenaStreams may allow you to:

· enter a virtual representation of Corda Arena;

· visit virtual spaces such as the Corda Arena Lobby and Main Event Room;

· meet, communicate and interact with other users;

· access virtual networking experiences;

· access live broadcasts of events taking place at Corda Arena;

· experience multicamera and/or stereoscopic audiovisual content, including 180° stereoscopic livestreams;

· access video-on-demand (“VOD”) and other audiovisual content; and

· access other interactive or immersive features that may be introduced from time to time.

The availability of individual functions, events and content may vary.

2. Arena Account

Most ArenaStreams functionality requires a separate Arena account.

Arena accounts are created and managed through Corda Arena's own online services. User authentication is handled through our own account infrastructure using Amazon Web Services, including Amazon Cognito.

Your Arena account is separate from your Meta account.

ArenaStreams does not use your Meta account profile to create your Arena account and does not require Meta profile information for authentication to the ArenaStreams service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Arena account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You must provide accurate account information and must not create an account using another person's identity without authorization. ArenaStreams itself has no minimum age restriction; however, since ArenaStreams is used on Meta Quest devices, you must meet the minimum age required by Meta to hold a Meta Quest account (currently 13 years). If you are

a minor under the law applicable to you, you may only create or use an Arena account with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for your compliance with this Agreement.

3. Meta Platform

ArenaStreams is made available for compatible Meta Quest devices through Meta's platform.

Your use of a Meta device, Meta account, Meta Horizon OS and the Meta Store remains subject to the agreements, policies and privacy terms separately provided by Meta.

Corda Arena does not control data that Meta may independently collect or process in connection with your use of a Meta device, operating system, Meta Store or other Meta services.

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, ArenaStreams does not use Meta account profile information for its own user-registration or authentication purposes.

Meta is not responsible for the ArenaStreams service, Arena accounts, Arena event tickets, livestreams or VOD services provided by Corda Arena.

4. Licence

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Corda Arena grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use ArenaStreams on compatible devices for personal use.

The App is licensed, not sold.

No ownership rights in ArenaStreams, its technology or its content are transferred to you.

5. Event Access and Tickets

Downloading or installing ArenaStreams does not automatically grant access to all livestreams, events or VOD content.

Some content may require:

· an Arena account;

· a valid ticket;

· an invitation;

· an access entitlement associated with an event; or

· another form of authorization determined by Corda Arena.

Tickets and access entitlements for ArenaStreams livestreams may be purchased or obtained through Corda Arena's own website or ticketing environment.

Where access is booked or purchased by an organisation or employer on your behalf (for example for a corporate or group event), the commercial terms of that booking (such as price, payment and cancellation) are governed by the separate booking agreement. The applicable terms will either be attached to this Agreement as a schedule or made available

to you in writing at the time of booking. This Agreement nonetheless continues to govern your own personal use of ArenaStreams as an individual end user. Where separate ticketing or sales terms are provided during a purchase, those terms apply in addition to this Agreement. Any applicable right of withdrawal or cancellation in respect of ticket purchases is governed by those separate ticketing or sales terms, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Access rights are personal unless explicitly stated otherwise and may not be resold, transferred, shared or commercially exploited without our permission.

6. Livestreams

ArenaStreams may provide livestreamed audiovisual coverage of physical events taking place at Corda Arena.

Livestreams may include:

· stereoscopic video;

· 180° video;

· multiple selectable camera angles;

· spatial or stereo audio;

· interactive elements; and

· other immersive audiovisual technologies.

Livestream availability depends on the relevant event, your access entitlement, internet connectivity, hardware compatibility and technical availability.

A ticket or access right does not guarantee that every camera angle, interactive feature or technical functionality will be continuously available throughout an event.

7. Video on Demand

Certain recordings or other content may be made available as VOD.

VOD availability may depend on your Arena account, the relevant event, your ticket or access entitlement and applicable content rights.

The period during which VOD remains available may vary between events.

We may remove VOD content where required because of licensing restrictions, intellectual-property rights, contractual obligations, legal requirements or other legitimate reasons.

8. Virtual Social Interaction

ArenaStreams may include multiplayer or social areas in which users can meet and interact with one another, including virtual lobby and bar environments.

When using these features, you agree to behave respectfully toward other users.

You may not:

· harass, threaten, intimidate or deliberately disrupt other users;

· engage in discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit or abusive conduct;

· impersonate another person;

· deliberately interfere with another user's experience;

· distribute malicious software or harmful content;

· use ArenaStreams for unlawful activities;

· attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account; or

· use the social environment for unsolicited commercial activity or spam.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably determine that a user is violating this Agreement or materially disrupting the experience of others.

Additional community or conduct rules may apply and may be communicated within ArenaStreams or on our website.

If you create, upload, transmit or otherwise make available any content within ArenaStreams (including text, images, avatar customisations or other user-generated material) (“User Content”), you grant Corda Arena a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute that User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining and improving ArenaStreams. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you represent and warrant that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other rights of any third party and that it complies with this Agreement and applicable law. We may remove, restrict or refuse to display any User Content that we reasonably consider to be in breach of this Agreement, applicable law or the rights of a third party, without prior notice where immediate action is necessary, and with reasonable notice in all other cases.

9. User Privacy and Data

Corda Arena processes personal data relating to ArenaStreams in accordance with its ArenaStreams Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.corda-arena.com/privacy-policy

ArenaStreams uses Corda Arena's own user-account infrastructure rather than Meta account data for Arena account registration and authentication.

Our authentication infrastructure uses Amazon Cognito, provided by Amazon Web Services.

ArenaStreams uses Amazon Web Services (“AWS”), including Amazon Cognito, to provide secure user registration, authentication and account management. When you create an Arena account, the personal information required to create and manage your account is stored and processed using AWS infrastructure. We remain responsible, as controller, for the processing of your Arena account data. AWS acts as a processor, providing the underlying cloud and authentication infrastructure and processing personal data on our behalf in accordance with our agreement with AWS and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR. More information about how AWS protects and processes personal data can be found in the AWS Privacy Notice.

Depending on the features used, we may process information necessary to provide the ArenaStreams service, such as account information, access entitlements, ticket status, technical service information and information required to operate social or networking functionality.

Full details regarding the categories of personal data processed, purposes of processing, retention periods, service providers and users' rights are provided in the ArenaStreams Privacy Policy. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, including in connection with our use of Amazon Web Services, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by applicable data protection law; further details are available in the ArenaStreams Privacy Policy. Where access to ArenaStreams is provided through a corporate or group booking, we may share limited usage or attendance information with the booking organisation to the extent necessary to fulfil that booking; further details are set out in the ArenaStreams Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

ArenaStreams and all associated software, designs, virtual environments, interfaces, trademarks, logos, graphics and other proprietary elements are owned by or licensed to Corda Arena.

Livestreams, event recordings and VOD content may contain intellectual property owned by Corda Arena, event organizers, speakers, performers, production partners, sponsors or other rights holders.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

· copy or reproduce ArenaStreams or its content;

· record, capture, rebroadcast or retransmit livestreams or VOD;

· make audiovisual content available to third parties;

· publicly exhibit content;

· distribute or commercially exploit content;

· circumvent technical access restrictions;

· reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App except where mandatory law expressly permits it;

· modify or create derivative works from the App; or

· remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

11. Personal Viewing Only

Unless expressly authorized by Corda Arena, livestream and VOD access is provided for your own private, non-commercial viewing.

You may not use ArenaStreams to organize unauthorized public screenings or retransmissions or otherwise make the audiovisual feed available to persons who do not have the required access rights.

12. Technical Requirements

ArenaStreams requires compatible VR hardware, supported software and a sufficiently stable internet connection.

Stereoscopic and high-quality immersive video can require substantial bandwidth.

You are responsible for:

· your compatible VR device;

· your internet connection;

· any internet or telecommunications charges;

· maintaining supported device software; and

· providing an environment in which you can safely use VR.

We cannot guarantee identical functionality across all device models, network conditions or software versions.

13. VR Safety

Virtual reality can affect spatial awareness and may cause discomfort, dizziness, nausea, eye strain or other temporary symptoms in some users.

You should use ArenaStreams in accordance with the health and safety instructions applicable to your VR device.

Ensure that you have sufficient physical space and a safe environment before using the App.

Stop using ArenaStreams if you experience significant discomfort or symptoms that make continued VR use unsafe. By using ArenaStreams, you acknowledge that you are aware of these risks and voluntarily accept them, and you remain responsible for assessing your own fitness to use VR equipment and for maintaining a safe physical environment throughout your use of the App. Nothing in this Section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. Availability and Changes

We aim to make ArenaStreams and scheduled content available reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, internet or cloud-service disruption, broadcasting problems, event-production issues, hardware or software failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government or public authorities, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, cyberattacks, or the unavailability of third-party infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services or Meta's platform (each a “Force Majeure Event”). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, our obligations under this Agreement are suspended for the duration of the event, and we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of the disruption and its expected duration. If a Force Majeure Event prevents us from providing access to a paid event or service for more than ninety (90) days, either party may terminate this Agreement or the affected access entitlement, and we will refund a proportionate part of any price you have paid for access that could not be provided.

We may update, modify or improve ArenaStreams and its functionality over time.

Features may be added, changed or removed where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, security, contractual or legal reasons, provided that any such change is made for a valid reason, does not impose additional costs on you, and is not made to the detriment of features you have specifically paid for. Where a change has more than a minor negative impact on your access to or use of ArenaStreams, we will inform you of the change, on a durable medium, within a reasonable time before it takes effect, and you will be entitled to terminate this Agreement free of charge within 30 days of that notice or of the change taking effect, whichever is later, unless we enable you to retain access to ArenaStreams without the change at no additional cost.

15. Third-Party Services

ArenaStreams may depend on services provided by third parties, including hosting, authentication, content-delivery, networking, streaming and platform providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The use of Meta devices and Meta platform services is governed separately by Meta.

16. Suspension and Termination

Except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the security or integrity of the service or to comply with a legal obligation, we will give you reasonable prior notice before suspending or terminating your access, specifying the grounds for the measure and, where the breach is capable of remedy, allowing you a reasonable period of at least fourteen (14) days to cure the breach. We may suspend or terminate your access to ArenaStreams where:

· you materially violate this Agreement;

· you attempt to circumvent access or ticketing restrictions;

· your conduct threatens the security or integrity of the service;

· your conduct materially interferes with other users;

· suspension is required by law or by a competent authority; or

· continuing to provide access is no longer reasonably possible for technical, contractual or legal reasons.

Upon termination of your licence, you must cease using the App. Where we suspend or terminate your access for a reason other than your own material breach of this Agreement, we will refund a proportionate part of any price you have paid for tickets or access entitlements that you have not yet been able to use.

You may terminate this Agreement and your use of ArenaStreams at any time by deleting the App and, if applicable, requesting deletion of your Arena account. Upon termination by either party, your licence under Section 4 ends immediately and you must cease using the App.

Any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, including your rights under Section 17 (Disclaimer) in respect of a lack of conformity, remain unaffected. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of this Agreement, or in exercising any right or remedy available to us, does not constitute a waiver of that provision, right or remedy, and does not prevent us from relying on it or exercising it on a later occasion.

17. Disclaimer

ArenaStreams is provided with reasonable care and skill.

However, immersive streaming relies on multiple technical systems and internet infrastructure. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the App, livestreams, VOD or interactive features will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at a particular quality or resolution.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. If ArenaStreams, a livestream, VOD content or an interactive feature you have paid for is not in conformity with this Agreement, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity within a reasonable time, free of charge and without significant inconvenience; where this is impossible, disproportionate, or not carried out within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a proportionate reduction of the price or, where the lack of conformity is not minor, to terminate the relevant purchase and receive a refund of amounts paid for the affected content or feature.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corda Arena will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in this Agreement limits your mandatory rights under Belgian or European Union consumer law.

19. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement where necessary to reflect changes to ArenaStreams, applicable law, technical requirements or our services.

Where an update materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice, on a durable medium, before the update takes effect. If you do not agree to a material update, you may terminate this Agreement and stop using ArenaStreams before the update takes effect, without prejudice to any rights already accrued.

The current version of this Agreement will be made available through our website and/or ArenaStreams.

20. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer habitually residing in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of European Union law, or of national law implementing European Union law, applicable in your country of residence.

If you are a consumer habitually residing in a European Union member state, you retain the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of European Union law, or of national law implementing European Union law, applicable in your country of residence. This Agreement is not extended worldwide to the mandatory consumer-protection law of countries outside the European Union.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Belgian courts of the district of Corda Arena's registered office. If you are a consumer habitually residing in a European Union member state, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your own country of residence to the extent required by mandatory European Union law, and this Agreement does not deprive you of that right.

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Corda Arena harmless against any reasonable and demonstrated costs, damages or claims by a third party arising directly from: (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) your unlawful conduct, harassment or other misconduct towards another user in the course of using ArenaStreams; or (c) your infringement of the intellectual property rights of a third party through content you provide or actions you take within ArenaStreams. This Section does not affect any statutory rights or protections you have as a consumer, and does not apply to costs, damages or claims arising from our own breach of this Agreement or negligence.

22. Complaints

If you have a complaint about ArenaStreams or this Agreement, please first contact us using the details in Section 25 (Contact). We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it

within a reasonable time. This Section does not affect your right to bring a claim before a competent court or, where applicable, to use an alternative dispute resolution body at any time.

23. Evidence and Records

Our technical and account records, including system and access logs, are admissible as evidence of your use of ArenaStreams and of any breach of this Agreement, without prejudice to your right to provide evidence to the contrary.

24. Assignment

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, to another entity, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of the ArenaStreams business, provided that this does not reduce the level of protection to which you are entitled as a consumer under this Agreement. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent, except as otherwise provided in Section 5 (Event Access and Tickets).

25. Notices

Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Agreement will be given in writing and delivered by email to the email address associated with your Arena account, or by a notification within the ArenaStreams application that is stored and accessible to you for a reasonable period. Any such email or stored in-app notification constitutes delivery on a durable medium for the purposes of this Agreement and applicable European Union law. We may also publish general notices on our website at www.corda-arena.com. You may contact us using the details set out in Section 27 (Contact).

28. Entire Agreement This Agreement, together with any applicable ticketing terms, Privacy Policy and other terms expressly referenced during the use or purchase of ArenaStreams services, constitutes the agreement governing your use of ArenaStreams. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any separate ticketing, sales or booking terms, this Agreement prevails with respect to your personal use of ArenaStreams as an individual end user, unless expressly stated otherwise in those separate terms.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that reflects the original economic and legal intent of the invalid provision as closely as possible.
